Shipping Policy
At EARTHLY For The Planet, we ship each package through USPS Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express, in order to be able to reach as many people as possible at a lower cost to you than with other delivery services. Because we've just started, we charge shipping costs on all items, but we believe our products are worth it and hope you do too! We charge a flat rate of $5 for every US purchase and $8 for every international purchase to help you save money but so we can still make some. We ensure that our packages are perfectly assembled (out of recycled materials because duuuuuh) and will provide you with a tracking number so you can stalk your new clothing from the window facing your mailbox like we do. ;)
Return & Refund Policy
Although we hope your order will be perfect and exactly what you've dreamed of, we understand that doesn't always happen, and we want to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase from EARTHLY For The Planet. If you're not satisfied, please shoot us an email at earthlyfortheplanet@gmail.com and we can give you more info on *how to return your item(s)! We will refund the item price, excluding shipping, within the first 30 days after you've received it. The item must be unworn, and once we receive the item, it will be washed and put back into inventory to prevent waste. We want you to absolutely adore your EARTHLY purchase, so if you're don't, we will do everything we can to help!
